Subject :  Why does PS-Admin not detect print server after I install client32 in Win2000?

Question:
Before I installed client32 for win2000, PS-Admin can discover the print server. But after I have installed client32 for windows2000 ver 4.8. This is installed on windows 2000 proffessional with service pack 1.
The psadmin fails to find any print servers on the network. Even if you select discover print servers for selected networks, no print servers are discovered.

Answer:
If you have installed the "Client Service for NetWare" in Win2000. You must uninstall the "Client Service for NetWare" from Win2000 Professional, then execute "SETUPNW" to install Client32 in Win2000. After you finish to install Client32, you can reinstall the "Client Service for NetWare" in Win2000 Professional.
